2. What We Collect
Identity & KYC data
- Full legal name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and communication address
- For Indian residents: PAN and Aadhaar number, plus scanned copies of both documents
- For non-Indian residents: passport number and a scanned copy of the passport bio-data page
- Address proof (utility bill or bank statement)
Account & trading data
- Exchange API key and secret key (trade-only permissions), stored solely to execute trades on your behalf
- Subscription selection, billing history, and payment proof documents you upload
- Trade logs generated by your use of our signal or hedge-execution services
Technical data
- IP address, device/browser information, and usage logs for security and fraud-prevention purposes
We do not collect your exchange account password, and we never request withdrawal-enabled API credentials.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To verify your identity and meet Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations under India's Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) and our registration with the Financial Intelligence Unit–India (FIU-IND)
- To activate and administer your subscription
- To execute trades on your connected exchange account, strictly within the permissions and limits you've authorized
- To detect and prevent fraud, unauthorized access, or misuse of the platform
- To communicate with you about your account, subscription status, and KYC/payment review outcomes
4. How Your Data Is Stored and Protected
- API keys and KYC documents are encrypted at rest. Administrative tools display only masked references (e.g., last 4 characters of a key) — no team member views a raw secret or full document number in the course of ordinary review.
- KYC submissions and payment proofs are reviewed inside our secured admin dashboard. We do not transmit KYC documents, passport copies, or API secrets through Telegram, WhatsApp, or email. Where we use Telegram for admin notifications, only a reference (e.g., "New KYC submission — Client #4021") is sent, never the underlying document or credential.
- Records are retained for the period required under PMLA reporting-entity obligations (currently five years from the date of the transaction or the end of the business relationship, whichever is later), after which they are deleted in accordance with our retention schedule.
5. Who We Share Data With
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:
- Regulatory or law-enforcement authorities where legally required (including FIU-IND reporting obligations)
- Payment processors, to the extent needed to verify a payment
- Professional advisors (auditors, legal counsel) under confidentiality obligations
We do not share your exchange API credentials with any third party.
6. Your Rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and applicable law, you may:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request erasure of your data, subject to our regulatory retention obligations
- Withdraw consent for optional processing (this does not affect processing required for KYC/AML compliance)
